A done-for-you system that turns a volunteer coach's own playbook into ten minutes of homework the kids actually do, and a game plan the coach can run from his phone.
The AI's work is finished by Thursday night. The kids know their jobs and the other team's formations. Saturday runs on paper, the way football always has.
Most coaching products hand a coach a library of drills. EveryHuddle starts from the plays this coach already runs, puts them in words a ten-year-old can study, and closes the loop every week.
A ten-minute audio episode covers this week's plays and the opponent's three formations. Kids listen on the ride to practice.
"What do I do on 24 Power?" The team notebook answers from the coach's own play cards, in plain words, and never makes a play up.
Wristband, laminated call sheet by down and distance, defense card. No phones on the sideline.
Two lines in the coach's notebook: what worked, what did not, who seemed off. Next Thursday's episode covers it.
Every huddle feeds the next one. That is the whole product.
We do the setup: your playbook converted into written play cards, your drills into a practice library, five notebooks on your own Google account, and the five saved prompts you paste each week. You never write a prompt from scratch.

Three findings shaped the design. None of them is ours; the sources are linked.
| What the evidence says | Source | What we did about it |
|---|---|---|
| 77% of parents rate a caring coach as highly important, against 59% for a skilled one. Three in four signed their kid up to have fun. 82% worry about concussions. | Liberty Mutual / Braun Research survey of 1,000 parents and 501 coaches | Safety rules and a character check-in ship in every packet. The coach's notes ask "who seemed off," not just "what worked." |
| Kids retain what they hear from a voice they already listen to; host-read audio outperforms produced ads on recall and trust in industry studies. | Nielsen and Edison Research, via Gumball | The homework is a ten-minute episode in a consistent voice, not a worksheet. |
| Google's NotebookLM is available to consumer accounts at 13 and up, with stricter content filters under 18, and does not use notebook content to train its models. | Google, 2025 | Players 13+ get their own link. Younger players go through a parent or a printed packet. Kids' names stay out of the notebooks. |
EveryHuddle is being built with a real team, in public. There are no results to show yet, and we are not going to invent any.
"We are at the lowest level of the most violent sport, and kids get hurt all the time because they don't have football IQ."Coach Nassim, Tampa, in the text that started this
Same system, same setup, same weekly routine. The only difference is who covers the cost.
Started for a team where some kids have nobody at home checking whether they know their plays. For every three teams that pay, we gift another team the full setup. We choose that team privately, based on what you tell us, not on who asked first.
If your program can't cover a season, tell us about your team and get on the list.
For leagues, clubs and travel programs. We convert each coach's own playbook, brand the materials in the team's name and colors, set up the notebooks, and stay on call for the first two weeks. Every three paid teams gift one more. We won't say which team yours helped, but we'll tell you when it happens.
Pricing on a call. Tell us the number of teams.
We are setting up a handful of teams this season and posting the first team's results here. Leave an email, say a little about your team, and we will tell you when the next spots open. If you can't cover a season, say so: that is how the free list works.
No newsletter. A few emails a season, each with something to show.
